We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on rudeness toward customer support. If you are rude to support we will still make sure you get taken care of but it will result in you being banned from purchasing from us in the future.
If you are contacting us regarding your order arriving late - we do NOT have any additional tracking information. You will need to contact the courier about that status of your package.

SENDING IN MORE THAN 1 EMAIL WILL PUSH YOUR EMAIL TO THE BACK OF THE QUEUE. WE RESPOND TO EMAILS IN THE ORDER THEY WERE RECIEVED, SENDING IN ANOTHER MOVES IT TO THE TOP OF OUR INBOX WHICH FURTHER PUSHES BACK THE RESPONSE TIME.
