We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on rudeness toward customer support. If you are rude to support we will still make sure you get taken care of but it will result in you being banned from purchasing from us in the future. 
If you are contacting us regarding your order arriving late - we do NOT have any additional tracking information. You will need to contact the courier about that status of your package. We are NOT responsible for late, missing, or stolen packages. You will need file a claim with the courier.
